The Vallone family would like to take this opportunity to introduce you to our "Vallone's" quality Italian bakery products. Our product line includes Italian butter style cookies, frozen bake-off pastries, a large variety of cannoli shells, cannoli cream, tart shells, a variety of sfogiatelle doughs for bakers, and other items. Vallone's Inc, based in Carteret, New Jersey, is a privately owned family business. Vallone's family tradition of manufacturing quality bakery products are sold throughout the Mid-Atlantic States. We pride ourselves on knowing that we have knowledgeable, dedicated employees who know that quality and consistency are paramount in serving the needs of an of our customers. Vallone's Inc manufactures Vallone's baked products, private label, and can contract packaging for any customer who desires special needs. Vallone's is also a certified kosher bakery.
