        On 5/8/2018 I dropped off my C70 for scheduled service. The next day I went to pick up the car and immediately noticed a great deal of hot air coming out of one of the driver's side vents even when the AC was on full. I showed the issue to the service manager who agreed something was wrong. Two days later I received a call from him stating that there was an AC/heating issue that would cost $2,000 (supposedly the entire dash needs to be removed).

        The car's ventilation system was in *perfect* working condition when I dropped the car off for service. Someone at Volvo obviously made a mistake and now refuses to admit it. The service manager asked me multiple times, "Are you SURE it wasn't like this when you brought it in?" If it had been broken I would have asked them to look at it but, as I said, the AC worked fine right up until the time Volvo service took possession of the car.

        Volvo refuses to even discuss the issue and I've had to hire an attorney to look into the issue. I will never purchase another car or have one serviced at Volvo Cars of Cary (1375 NW Maynard Rd, Cary).

        vovo of Cary was the worst car dealership we have ever tried to deal with. They do not negotiate their prices fairly and with any professionalism. During serious negotiations, they laughed in our faces. No professionalism at all!! I would not recommend them to my worst enemy!

        WORST BUYING EXPERIANCE EVER!!...

        WORST BUYING EXPERIANCE EVER!!!!!

        My wife and I walked in with no customers on the lot, took 5 min. for a salesman to show up. Indicated we were ready to buy new the make, model, etc. sat down with the salesman who claimed to have been a 20 year car sales veteran but could not do anything without a managers approvel, the manager acted like he didn't want anything to do with us...( I should mention that when I say ready to buy I mean primary credit and $4K ready to put down)

        This whole EXPERIANCE was horrible , and they literally told us they could not help us..

        So are we impossible to sell to? No.....the same day we drove to Volvo of the triad and drove away with the XC90 we wanted with Soooooo much more ....

        If you are going to buy the triad is worth the drive ...

        They offer valat service and on sight repairs for all cars bought their...this means they will come to you and change the oil on you truck/car in your driveway...

        NOW THAT IS SERVICE!!!!!!!
