It was great. Todd showed my father and I the 14' challengers and chargers and showed us all the extra stuff it comes with. Todd served us great at Crystal Chrysler and helped me go home in a brand new 14' charger!

I am extremely pleased with the service. I had two technicians ride with me for about 40 minutes in an attempt to diagnose a problem in the drive train. I thought that was extraordinary! My service rep keeps me informed and my shuttle rides are prompt.
I have never had such great service from a dealership in the past 46 years.

Seriously I am so upset at this service department. We took my husband's new dodge ram ecodiesel in for an oil change and the service department called us almost 4 hours later after the quoted 2 hour wait to tell us our truck is not drive able due to the power steering module that mysteriously went out and that they don't have anyone to look at it until Monday. What really makes me NEVER want to return there is the fact that we had our 7 month old daughter with us and my mother and they were refusing to give us a rental or find a way for us to get home and to get to work since my husband is the one who makes the money to support my family. All they kept telling us is their hands were tied and there was nothing they could do even though it was THIER fault! They told us they would call us back since we were stuck out there with no way home and they never called. We had to call them 4 times and they kept telling us there was no manager or a way to contact one! After being there since 9am until almost 5pm without eating and my daughter crying from exhaustion we went back in and they finally gave us a car with no gas in it and the tire light on. I will never buy from them again because of their service department who could care less about their mistake and our daughter.

I was greeted by ana as soon as i walked in. She adressed what i needed without having to look me up was very inpressed with you customer service skills and her very positive atitude. she dose a excellent job at representing your dealership and really made my visit a very pleasint experince.

Everyone was very friendly and pretty much upfront. I didn't quite understand why two salesmen were involved. Joveal and Ernie were both excellent and thorough. He said there were only 3 gears on manual, there are 6. He said the sport button was for uphill and it is for winding roads according to the manual. However, he was very patient about showing and explaining all the other features which I appreciated very much. I did feel it took too long to finish all the information for the purchase. The paperwork is mind-boggling but the Finance person was very helpful with the paperwork and the meaning of each paper. Altogether it took about 3 hours. We were offered water and snacks often, which was appreciated also. It was a good experience.

Was pleasantly surprised finding all that I meet at the dealership were pleasant, friendly and happy to be there. This attitude is not found at many establishments.
