There are problems about communication with this business, but in my experience nothing really bad, just frustrating sometimes. For quality of work (Daniel fixed the bent frame on our antique crystal chandelier when I assumed it was unfixable) price (reasonable for the amount of work done) and honesty, I would give it 5 stars.

Rewiring on my mid century European chandelier was not done to my satisfaction. Returned to have it redone which I was told was no problem and would be done in a couple days. That was almost four weeks ago and the owner has not returned my phone calls or emails and is never at his location of "business." Complaint has been filed with the BBB. Suggest he contact me asap before a lawsuit is also filed.
