A Better You Day Spa

She was a great massage therapist and explained a lot about the body and massage to me that I did not know. Very friendly courteous.

This was the end of a busy Monday workday. I thought she did an awesome job and it was very relaxing.

I was pleasantly surprised at the great service I received and believe it was the best massage I have ever received.

I have had 3 great experiences at A Better You Day Spa. Malcom does a wonderful massage, making you feel relaxed and tension free in 60 minutes.

I love coming here for facials. The atmosphere is always inviting and easy to relax in. I just bought a gift card to treat a family member, only because I know that they will give them the best spa experience in town.

I honestly don't know what I would do without Mandy. She is so astute and has educated herself in muscles, ligaments etc and how they work. She is very special person.

Malcolm was the best, I got the 90 minute massage and would rate his service as a 10 out of 10. I had a ton of knots and he was very patient working through them at just the right pressure levels.

Susan took a lot of time to explain everything about the Lazer treatments. And I was happy with the results I got with one treatment. Looking forward to more.

I have had massages at A Better You and they are great, but I regularly get my brows done and they are always on point! She does such a wonderful job, it's consistent, and I always get compliments!

John was amazing! He took time to find my problem areas and work out the major kinks, then left me with some stretches and relaxation techniques to help myself at home!
