I bought an engine computer for my car (we weren't sure that was the problem, so we didn't want to buy a new one). Charles told me they test them and that it would work. We took the old computer out to put the new one in and it will not start. The computer I bought does not work. We had to put the old one back in. I called and spoke to Charles who said that it was running when they parked the car. Then asked me if I was sure of the year of my car. I might not be a man, but I am not an idiot. I have asked for my money back because I was sold a broken part that I was told would work. I'm still waiting on my phone call for an answer.

Rude, inconsiderate owner. Made me wait while the customer on the phone was taken care of. Kept on interrupting to answer phone and having conversations with them. Took 30 minutes for me to get a price for a part. WAY,WAY too expensive. Will not go there ever again!
