We were actually just looking to see what options we might have since we've recently received our Chapter 7 dismissal and had received a letter from the business. Since we were in the area shopping we decided to drop in to just browse. We met Joel and he told us let's see what we can do. Well even though we weren't planning to purchase that day we were offered a deal we really couldn't turn down. Joel and his teammates worked really hard to get us the terms we required. We will definitely return to Mountain View Nissan for all our future needs and will be telling others too!

I came to looking for the Rogue, 3rd row. Brandon showed me the rogue and I realized the 3rd row was not much room. I also let him know I was interested in a truck. First one he picked out I fell in love with. He was very patient with me and my family. Nissan was very busy Saturday, but he made sure we were taken care of.

It's always a good experience getting my sons car service @ Nissan.

Had a 1:45 PM service appointment. My service was started on schedule. Ryan was courteous and thorough and explained in detail my results and needs. Did a convincing up-sell which resulted in me spending almost $60.00 on wiper blades... which is a little expensive....

Took my '02 Altima in to get looked at; repairs were going to be expensive so I asked to look at the new 2015 Altimas. Mike showed me what I asked to see, and never pressured me at all to make a purchase. When I decided to buy, Mike helped me pick out the Altima that had exactly the features I wanted, and didn't play "let me go back one more time and see if we can take a few more dollars off" when it came time for pricing - I told him the asking price was too high, showed him the advertised price I wanted to pay, and he went back and matched it.

Overall, a great buying experience.
