Southeast Air Systems

Southeast Air installed a new heating and air conditioning system in my mother in laws house a few years back! This company was very professional to work with and even though the work they needed to do was more than they originally thought they never charged me for the additional work. Top notch I would recommend them to anyone friends or family! COMPANIES YOU CAN TRULY TRUST DONT COME AROUND VERY OFTEN I STRONGLY RECOMMEND SOUTHEAST AIR AS ONE OF THOSE COMAPNY YOU CAN TRULY TRUST!! Gave me and my family peace of mind!!!

We called Southeast Air and Mechanical Systems, LLC along with two other companies to come look at our air system to see what it might cost to fix or replace. When we called and asked for someone to come give us a quote, no mention was made of a service charge to us by Southeast Air when the appointment was set. The technician came out and we told him what we thought the issue was as a prior company's bid told us what he it appeared to be to them. The technician performed no work and agreed with us. He explained it would be a better idea to simply replace the unit due to age and never gave us a repair quote. He said he would get us a free estimate on what it would cost to replace. Their bid was for $5,139.00. We decided to go with another local company as they bid to replace our unit with the exact same unit offered by Southeast Air for $3,900.00. Not long after we had our unit replaced Southeast Air began to call us threatening to charge us a $89.00 service fee if we did not purchase from them. The other HVAC companies we worked with are not badgering us like Southeast Air. Seems to me they are trying to punish us for buying elsewhere. We are trying to resolve through the BBB but they are now threatening a mechanical lien over $89! Stay away from this shady company!
