They cancelled my appointments several times and let me drive all the way down there. The artist dug into my boyfriends skin and made him scab in the healing process. Oh and no matter what happens you will not get your deposit back. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. If you want good work and awesome people you want to go somewhere else. I just warned you.......

i just got my absolute fav. Tattoo of all of mine... Chris did an amazing job. The people answering at the front desk were exceptionally courteous and knowledgable.. Had to wait about 3 hours but it was worth it! I have gotten 2 previous tats from sick boys and after the last one i got that came with a free attitude i decided not to return... Overall great experience, awsome artist, and very reasonable pricing.....

I got my nose pierced today this is my 1st piercing and they were so nice it took him about 30 seconds and he was done it did not hurt it stung after ward but would so do it again.

I have been a customer of Standard Ink's for over 6 years, and I have been tattooed by most artists there, as well as gotten work from most of thepiercers. They have the cleanest and most comfortable environment of any shop I have visited, in Chatt-Town or anywhere else! I always tell friends and co-workers who are looking for awesome body art services to visit this shop! The staff is always willing and able to answer any questions a 'first-timer' may have. Also, when I asked they showed me their sterile room and health department scores(They have 100's for as far back as i could tell!) The shop is now under new ownership, now owned by the piercer who has pierced their for as long as I remember. I would ONLY recommend this shop to anyone. They must be doing something right if they've been open for 10 years!

i had the best experience there! i had 1 of my nipples done and i will be going back 4 all of my body art needs!! this place has nice people and everything is clean. the person that was with me was very nice and explained everything 2 me and made me feel safe. i suggest u go here instead of anywhere else!!

Visited Chattanooga and wanted to add to my collection of tattoos on my back. I called and made an appointment 2 days in advance. After I was on the schedule, Upon arrival, I was told Appointments were not allowed on weekends and a bunch of Attitude.

The shop was not busy, so I asked if I could get in and was told there was a 3 hour wait. Didnt hear any work being done so I left. Glad I did because I got a Kickass Tattoo down the street to Sacred Heart, with no attitude and Top of the line Artistry.

I heard the owner isnt even a tattoo artist and most of his good artists have left.

I'd been here before to get a tattoo, but the best artist they had left and since then apparently the new people they've hired are total jerks. I was treated extremely poorly by them. I've had many tattoos in the past and know the value of what I'm looking to get in a new one and they laughed in my face and would not even negotiate on anything. Don't recommend them at all for attitude and overpricing.

I love this place! They're very careful about the safety and hygiene of their customers, and the artists are truly artists. They are knowledgeable and don't try to force designs on you that you don't like. They'll encourage you to think it over if you're not sure, and help you make wise choices if you are sure. Even if you're not interested in tattooing or piercing, this place is the best entertainment in town on a Friday and Saturday night. You never know what you're going to see.
