Great Meadows Pet Cremations embraces this concept in its desire to provide personalized service to each of our clients We provide gracious communal and private cremation services to pet owners and veterinary hospitals. Pet owners may rest assured their loyal companion is treated with love and respect while in the care of Great Meadows Pet Cremations. It is our desire to provide prompt, quality service. Our staff is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to provide gentle transportation from either the owner's home or veterinary hospital to our facility. If the situation arises in which you feel the need to speak with someone concerning the grief surrounding the loss of a pet, members of our staff are available and trained in the area of pet loss and bereavement. We have also established a network of professional and spiritual leaders in the area if further assistance is required. Pet Remembrance Items We offer a diversified line of pet remembrance products including wood, stained glass, metal, stone, cultured, and pottery urns along with paintings and keepsake jewelry to honor your loved one. We will be happy to attempt to accommodate special requests.

        Overall

        very disappointed. if I could give 0 stars, I would. I find it very unprofessional that you advertise an after hours emergency number and don't even bother to answer or follow up when a message is left. I called and left a message 2x and have yet to receive a call back. why else would someone call a pet cremation service unless that is what they need? You're website should say "only call if your pet dies during normal business hours"
