        Overall

        Super-knowledgeable staff deals only with Audi/VW. They will work with you and don't try to up-sell you just to make a buck. They know me and my car very well, and I trust them to "shoot straight" with me. Started going to HB in 2010 and wouldn't take my Audi anywhere else!

        Ive owned 3 Audis over the past few years, and this is the ONLY place I will allow to work on my vehicles. I won't name any places, but before I found HB I had all kinds of issues with various repair shops...to the point I was starting to doubt the reliability of Audi. After one trip and only an afternoon of waiting, they fixed every problem I had incurred over the years. For this Im very grateful, as long as I live in or near this area I will be a customer.

        Great value when it comes to car repair. They know Audi/VW's and stand behind the work they do. I've taken my Audi to them for several years and I have been very happy with the quality of work and service.

        Great people and great service. They got me in for service quickly to change TDI timing belt. Price much better than the dealer. Went over the entire car and advised me on service I would need such as brake pad wear. Engine compartment came back spotless, which was much cleaner than when it went in.

        Great guys! Great service! Fair prices! I know they are a new business but they took care of my car and made sure I left happy with it. These guys have been doing this work for years. Glad to see they finally have their own shop. You want the best go to them and they will take care of you.
