        If you want a smooth transaction, DO NOT USE!

        We were actually referred to this company and from the beginning we wished we had gone another direction. Constantly requesting items needed yesterday, and kept telling us they would not be needing anything else just to call again for somthing else. Did close quickly, but had to take time out of our busy lives to then resign the closing docs 2 additional times; last signing 2 months post closing!!
