U-Haul

I placed a reservation for a truck, round trip. Then someone from the place called me to get my credit card to reserve the truck. Fine. I changed my reservation to one way. Then the DAY before I plan to move, I get a text message stating to pick up my truck in BERLIN. I call, and they now have my reservation and he was clueless about how he now has my reservation number. The guy told me to call the main number. But I called the UHaul on Blacks road....and they said my reservation was canceled. I asked how could it be canceled when my reservation is now in Berlin. Clueless, he proceeded to say that they had a truck available....and it would be here for the morning. Then I get a call from another person from this place...saying that my reservation was kicked out...and that the truck could not be allowed to go one way. I was astonished. I am now flipped out as I have to go around calling to find another truck the day before I move. Unacceptable service.
