Since VWS was purchased by County Waste they are awful. County Waste misses pickups and doesn't follow through when they promise you a courtesy pickup for their mistake. I fired them immediately. Avoid at all costs.
I had backyard service with this company. Time and time again my back gate would be left unlatched allowing my dogs to get out. The 3rd time I called about the issue the residential manager said he would talk to his guys and call me back. After the 2nd week ended without contact I tried again. It was a Friday and I was assured he would call me back either Friday or Monday. The rep who answered the phone hand delivered the message to him. As you guessed it, no callback. Called today and finally got back in touch with the manager. His attitude and tone were as if I was interrupting his day.
Bottom line: If you never have a problem they are great. If you only have to call and speak with one of the ladies who answer the phone, they are awesome and extremely helpful. If you need to go higher than that, forget it.

Provided by SuperpagesGreat customer service and friendly drivers. It was so nice to actually get a live person on the phone. I was able to get a trash can delivered to my business the very next day and have been very pleased with the service and overall customer attentiveness. Would highly recommend VWS.

Provided by SuperpagesQuality customer service seems to be a thing of the past.... so I thought. I recently moved and had to make the normal calls to have services transferred. In those calls I needed to find a trash service. V W S's was one of about four trash services that I called to get a quote from. Not only is the cost of their services very affordable but what really sold me was the customer rep. She was refreshingly polite and courteous. And to top it all off.. the gentlemen that actually come to pick up my trash are friendly and very courteous as well. They always greet me with a warm "Hello" and a friendly smile. And it's always a "Yes Mam", "No Mam". Now if these guys who wake up at the crack of dawn and who deal with all our funky trash can be so nice, I think we all could learn a lesson from them and try to be a little nicer no matter how "demanding or hard" our job my be. To V W S's- "Thank you!"
