Friedman Law Firm

I landed at The Friedman Law Firm frustrated and stressed out. I had a consultation that lasted over two hours with two attorneys, Rick Friedman and Matt Morris. I was only charged for one hour. They made me feel relaxed. Matt, who has since moved to government, handled my case. Matt was a gentleman and a experienced negotiator, very low key but effective. The opposing attorney was, what I felt, hostile but Matt seemed to mellow him out some as negotiations progressed. I questioned a few charges during the four months of negotiations and Beth Spencer ( the finance lady at firm ) and had my bill adjusted when appropriate. Beth was very friendly and professional . Melinda, the receptionist (and probably several other titles.... always busy ) always greeted me with a smile and ice cold soda. After Matt Morris left firm, I was assigned Wyatt Taylor at the same rate though Wyatt is a higher priced attorney. Wyatt tied up the case promptly and cost effectively. Great job Friedman LF !

Well I promise you that this client is not anonymous, and understands exactly how the anonymous client above feels. I find it rather disgusting and completely wrong that you are legally raping people Rick Friedman, I understand charging a fair price in the market everyone is in, but what you do is completely legally raping Americans. Client that wrote first review, I understand fully, I also put a 2500.00 retainer fund, or to make it sound better Spending Acct. Dont forget the initial office visit of a non-refundable couple of hundred dollars for Rick to sit down and explain all the angles that he is going to use in court to win, Salesman ! Every little thing is charged to your Spending Acct, ever phone call, every e-mail, even if the secretary calls it is charged. Showed up for court several times, and in court he tucks his tail, Im like what happened to all the bite in the dog, guess it was all bark SalesMan! Do yourself a favor Americans, stay away!! Run!

After obtaining Rick Friedman's Law firm and putting $2000 as required into a spending acct, he acted as if he was going to do so much but truth of the matter was he did nothing at all. I was charged for every little thing inc phone calls him and his asst made to me, luckily I caught on quickly and was able to get most of my money back, but the little he did for the money I ended up paying was not worth it. I could've done everything they did on my own. I would recommend you be very careful using this Law Firm, advice I wish I was given before obtaining Friedman Law Firm.
