Unfortunately, up to 50% of runners end up with an injury significant enough to impact their training. This is due to the high impact forces a runner’s body incurs (up to 8x the runner’s bodyweight) while training. The most common injuries include anterior knee pain, iliotibial-band syndrome, achilles tendinopahty and plantar fasciitis.
