Quality Car Wash Inc

I got my car washed on 6/1/14 (I have been going there over 10 years), when I got into my car I noticed IMMEDIATELY that there was a 5-51/2 inch scratch on my passenger side windshield, part under the wiper blade. I let the employee know, I was told the manager was not in, he'll call me the next day. He called and implied that my windshield could not have been damaged there by their machines, I stated that maybe the employee who dried my car release the wiper to hard. He stated that was a Owner issue anyway and he would have him call me, that was Monday. No call so I called on Friday. The employee remembered me from Sunday and stated she didn't know what I expected him to do and that he was not in and she does not know when he comes in and I could come up there if I wanted and make a scene but it wouldn't do any good. I thank her got off the phone and wrote this review. NEVER, EVER will I patronize this business again. All social media will hear from me.
