Western Ave Spot Free Car Wash

Went to thiscar wash twice last week. $10 wash Tuesday. Car not clean. $12 wash on Thurs. Surface dirt still on car so bad you could write on my car. Stopped in on Friday, showed a lady my car and how dirty it still was and she gave me a coupon for free wash. Stopped in today and had written "wash" on the hood. Used coupon plus $2. And still the surface dirt remains. My "wash" was clearly visible and the bird dropping on my roof was still there after 3 washes. Looked for someone to show this to, but no one there. Called and left a message and waited at the car wash for 15 minutes. No return call. Wrote todays date on my hood with my finger. The only way my car will get clean is if I keep writing on it. Don't waste your money on this car wash because it does not clean your car. When they first put in the new equipment it did a good job cleaning the car, but the cycle is much shorter now and the combined cycles. Not only that, the dryer shuts off before the time is up. Today I didn't even make it half way through when it shut off and then I also discovered it didn't even rinse all the soap off.
