Overall

I wish I could give negative stars. The owner is very rude, the locked my key in, and he was shouting at me and blamed me for not telling them my car has alarm. The car was not clean, and the third row was not even touched. The owner told me not to come again when I complained about their service. Unbelievable ! Awful! Horrible!!!

Awful! Rude ! do not ever go here ! I paid extra for an undercarriage wash is it is completely still dirty called and told them I wanted it fixed and the manager told me never to go back there ! I went in and they showed me some grainy video of my car getting washed and it is hardly spraying it at all ! There is still mud in my wheel wells ! he says it is not for off road vehicles !! so tell me where is there a place that is ! cause I live in the IE GIVE ME A BREAK I ask for the owners phone number and he tell me NO ! really cause he know is a a rude jerk and would have gotten fired for treating a customer like that ! well he messed with the wrong person ! BTW no Stars for the place !

I went to the car wash today a...

I went to the car wash today and they locked my keys in the vehicle, while the air conditioner was on and the radio was blaring. I was surprised they didn't realize the engine was on when the radio was on, didn't make sense. I ended up being there for over an hour and a half with the radio draining the battery, I couldn't believe it. I understand there are human errors and keys being locked in happens, but the part I was the most unsatisfied with was the fact that the manager didn't know how to handle the situation and kept giving me excuses as to why the key got locked in the vehicle. I left completely angry! And all he could do was nothing! They need to pay attention to detail and learn people skills. Horrible, horrible customer service - I won't be going there again.
