I have been a loyal customer of Douglas B Auto Care for about 20 years now. Douglas has always been honest with me about what needs to be done for regular maintenance and what needs to be done when the major things are due. On a few occasions, when I have been strapped for cash, he has let me know what things can wait until I have the cash and what thing he would not suggest waiting to have done. He is very knowledgeable, due to his 20 plus years of experience. When you have Douglas service your car, he explains what he has done and why. I am a single woman and don't know much about cars, but I have always felt that Douglas has provided the service my car needed with no add-ons to up the price-ever.
