Twin Imports

As a single mother, I have been so grateful to have the Twin's taking care of my cars for 21 years! They are honest and reliable and have helped me maintain my cars for the longest life possible. I once took my car somewhere else, where they made a list of multiple items that needed fixed. When I took this list to Twin Imports, they informed me that I only needed one item fixed - they saved me hundreds of dollars! Thanks Twins!

BEWARE! I once trusted this establishment and felt that they were honest mechanics. After referring business to them, I have had several people whom I referred return with disturbing stories. On one occasion, a friend was charged for a substantial repair that had NEVER been completed. An insurance adjuster found this and subsequently denied the claim, leaving the bill for my friend. Their lot is NOT secure. They did not take any responsibility for damage and thefts occurring on their lot. Whatever integrity that I felt that Twin Imports once had has gone the way of dishonesty and impolite stubbornness. Beware of this shop!

Matt & Mark have been in business for at least 17 years, I know it has been longer, however, that is the amount of time they have come to my rescue. They primarily work on the imports. They are really close to the university of cincinnati and they are extremely fair and honest to anyone they encounter. Trust in the twins!
