I when to look for a new car, buy the seller was bit rude and make felt so uncomfortable, almost like make run. were bargain the price and it was like a I was hurting their business for asking for better price. not coming back

Came into get my car serviced, needed an oil change. The service guy, Andy, was really helpful and got my car in and out with no hassle. Just needed an oil change and that's what I got! Was a good experience overall and I will be coming back next time something happens with my car. Thanks a lot Andy!

First of all notice that every...

First of all notice that everyone has the title of manager once you get inside to make you think you are talking to someone who knows what they are doing.



It took us 9 hours from the time we arrived at the dealer to actually leave with our car. You think we would have gotten up and left. But they had our keys for a free car appraisal. We did ask for them back and somehow they got us to keep sitting and waiting and took our keys again.



They refuse to come down on sticker price! Do Not waste your valueable time.



When we first arrived we explained to Peter that we were only interested in numbers. We were not paying sticker price and were offered 3000 less at Crown Toyota in Ontario. Peter said okay no problem. We will get you a really good deal. Lets go inside and do numbers. He did his paper with the 4 squares - the one that tries to get you to focus on the monthly payment amount and NOT the actual price you are paying for the car. We are also loyal Toyota customers having bought two new Camry's in the past. We thought we would get some kind of discount. Peter said we would. Peter had JD (car appraisal guy "manager") come to show us numbers! CRAZY! Exact sticker price. When we explained to JD they same thing we explained to Peter he laughed in our faces (literally) and said that it was impossible for the other dealer to be asking that much less. A trick I think they used.. to get us to think twice about what the previous dealer had offered. He also used the whole Japan is suffering right now. We don’t have the colors you want with the options you want. What you see is what you get. We are not getting anymore until next year. We told him we were not paying more than previously offered at another dealer. He laughed and walked away and we never saw him again. Peter came back and at that point we were already ready to walk out the door. We should have! If your gut tells you to go.. go!!! Several hours later we agreed to walk out the door. I was waiting outside couldn’t find my car. My husband left standing inside waiting for our car registration and keys. They found me and got me to come back inside. They claimed it was too hot and that I didn’t want to waste my time at another dealer. Lets do 72 months instead of 60. Lower your monthly payments. Sooo I did it again!! The sales manager told me the other dealer was lying. And Calremont would only be making a few hundred dollars profit. I must be stupid after buying new cars in the past to have fallen for all this again. Peter comes across as very nice and wanting to work with you. All those awards on his desk are not for nothing. He knows how to work with you and trick you.. like everyone else. They are a scam. No matter how much you think you know.. they will try to rip you off. End the end we paid $71 less than msrp and were stupid enough to sign the contract. We have decided to pay the car off in 8 months (of course we will be taking a loss). We will share our story and never ever deal with a Toyota dealer again. For every happy customer you gain 3 more. For every unhappy customer you lose 100.



Advice before you to go any dealer:

Test drive what your interested in and never sign a sales contract the same day. Take two days to think about it. Then come back if you are truly getting a good deal!!
