While I never used this company for the moving trucks, I did turn in my penske after I PCS'd from Texas. While there I had them fix my 1998 F150 that has crappy coils. The cost was fair, and the work was done really quick. They had my truck for 2 days with the coil, and repairing my window. They quoted a price upfront, and if there was a change in part cost, they called before they did anything. definitely recommend!

This place is a joke if you want to rent a moving truck from them. My husband called and made a reservation for a moving truck,. Two days later they called to confirm the reservation, then the day we were supposed to pick up the truck they called saying it would be ready until 2-3 hours after the original pick-up time. When my husband went to there to question if the truck was ready they told him they didn't know when it would be ready and that if we wanted to find out we should call the people who were using it. The guy didn't offer any apologies or anything, so we had to find another another business to rent a truck from. i would NOT recommend this place to anyone!!!!!!!
