Bumpus Body Shop

Can’t say enough good things! The Bumpus family treated me like part of their family. They were kind, honest and fast! I went in an anxious woman (you know how some shops try to take advantage of females) and left with my car the very next day! My car looks great and their professionalism was superb! Will definitely use them again!

Our 9 month old Chyrsler Pacifica was rear-ended. State Farm gave us a choice of repair shops. We are fairly new to the area and didnt know who to go to. We chose Bumpus Body Shop because online reviews were mostly positive.

Ben and Cathy are great people to work with, they coordinated with our insurance for a rental car of a size convenient for us, and for all repairs. Cathy estimated 4 days to complete the work, and we were advised of the progress each day along the way. The work was COMPLETED ON TIME and, if I had not known the bumper and hatch were replaced, I could not tell they were not the original bumper and hatch. The car was clean when we picked it up.

Would I recommend Bumpus Body Shop? ABSOLUTELY, Yes.

Honest, hardworking people, local people who delivered quality work, within reasonable time frame.

I have been to Bumpus Body Shop numerous times over the years and Ben and his staff are the most knowledgeable and most professional people in the industry. No one does better quality work and I have always been 110% satisfied and recommend them to anyone needing repair work done. I've known the Bumpus family for years and they are people you can trust, which isn't easy to find in today's business world

Lack of communication. I took my van in with the understanding that it could be fixed. I had brought it in the previous day to be looked at and evaluated to see if it could be repaired and was told that yes it could be fixed. I dropped it off at 8:30 and at 1:00 I called up for a status update, the woman I spoke to told my van was "done". In reality it meant that they were unable to fix the damage. That is fine, however no one explaned that to me until AFTER I left. When I showed up there was no notes on why the damage could not be fixed. The person that I did speak to could not tell me exactly what was done to try to repair the damage. It wasnt until almost an hour AFTER I left that I received a call (mostly asking why I gave an original 1 star review) that explained what was done and why my vehicle can not be repaired. If I had been given ALL that information when I was there, or even if I had recieved a call telling me it could not be fixed, I would be much happier with the service.

This place has great customer service and made my car look brand new. They set up everything with insurance and rental car. Made it very easy. Great job! Highly recommend!
