Tango Nails

I can't tell you about the atmosphere of expertise because they never came to open the building for my 9am appointment. I scheduled this appointment weeks ago for my friends daughter for prom. They waited until 9:30 and no one ever showed. When I called at 11am- all they had to say was 'Sorry about that" They wasted their time and gas driving to the appointment- then had to scramble to find another salon that could take her quickly because of the prom time schedule. WILL NEVER do business here. POOR customer service.

This place is and was my very last option. It's owner ran, so it's only the wife and husband that works there at any given time. So I guess they figure that if they take your nail polish off or sit you in the chair and stick your feet in the water... You CAN'T leave. I can't argue with them there, after all ..... You have to do something to keep ppl there. Anyways, an hr or so later they finally get to you to finish. They don't post all of their prices. So as you sit there, it's a guessing game and if you ask a question they don't give you a clear answer.



With my last visit, I asked to have my daughters uv nails filled and mine removed. They sat us both down and began soaking my uv nails in acetone. I explained to them that 1) acetone would not soften the gel and 2) I don't want my actual nails to get dried out or damaged because of the harsh chemical. Meanwhile my daughter is still sitting to be serviced. An hr or so later. He comes back to file my nails. Even after seeing there wasn't any progress with soaking them in acetone they continued the process. By this time the wife starts on my daughter's nails. My daughter tells her that they are painted with gel polish. Even though you cld clearly see it without having to mention it she still attempted to remove the polish with nail polish remover?



They failed me in SO MANY WAYS! Just to name a few ...They decided to discuss prices with a non paying minor, they failed to remove the gel off my nails yet still charged me for it and while painting my nails they forgot to turn on the uv light so my nails never set. She got black gel polish all over my hands and charged $20 dollars for gel polish. The going rate in this area is 5-10 dollars and those are the well known places.



Needless to say after so many mistakes and $70 dollars later.... I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE. They've officially lost my business. Caveat emptor .... This place is horrible!

The lady did a great job with my eyebrows. I do not have any nails but for EYE BROWES ONLY GREAT JOB!

Seriously I would not even give this nail salon one star. It just doesn't deserve it! I've gotten my nails done for years and have tried out a couple nail salons but this by far is the worst. She does a great job applying the acrylic but she cannot buff nails. The outcome was horrible. They didn't look like I had them done professionally. I had acrylic over my cuticles and it was just a terrible job that I came home and clipped them off. She even over charged me since what I asked for where pointy nail but I ended up with round nail. I took them off cause it was the worse nail job ever. What a waste of money. I will not be going back there and I don't recommend them. Also the place looks extremely cheap and old. Big disappointment.
