Kellys Nails

Went to have my eyebrows done and had asked the only girl in there to wash her hands please ...she stated she already did as she was focused on her microwave and i asked can she wash them again she went over to sink only to rinsed them no soap as i was sitting it was obvious she felt offended that I had asked to wash her hands very unprofessional and asked me to leave ..I said gladly... will never ever go back very unprofessional dirty lady!!! Notified BBB and NJ Board of Health. Called to speak to owner and of course no I dont understand English of course  but they understood when I report to NJ Board of Cos.
