The Seasons Chinese Cuisine

Had a very disappointing experience. My party ordered an entree that contained beef, chicken, shrimp and lobster, however, the shrimp and lobster were both undercooked and not edible. Upon bringing it to the attention of the waiter he called over the owner to handle the problem. She (the owner) insisted that the shellfish was cooked, however, she did so without even looking at it. She then went into the kitchen and never returned to resolve our issue, ignoring our complaint. We paid for a high priced entree containing shrimp and lobster that was not edible, and was never offered a substitute entree or an apology. Because we were treated so poorly we will not return, nor will we recommend this restaurant. This is a shame as prior to this experience we had been pleased with this establishment. Had the owner treated us respectfully she would not have lost a repeat client. Shame on her.

This place rounds up you bill when paying with cash for take out, also they do not give you a receipt for your purchase. The tax man should take note that they do not ring up your order on a cash register if you pay cash but surprisingly if you pay with a CC (they ring it up on the register). Shady business. Portion size if you eat at the restaurant is much smaller, the price is the same but you must add a tip so you are getting ripped off. Food is decent though.

The food is definitely better than your average take out - also one of the few local places that will do scallion pancakes. Only catch is they don't deliver.

The quality at this place is superb. It's a tad more pricy than most take-out Chinese places, but it's really worth it. Everything is always fresh and delicious.

I hate most take-out Chinese, and there are few good restaurants. They don't mind the kids and my husband and I enjoy it! They provide good service and excellent food.

Very bad service...they kept us waiting for almost 2 Hours. More eager to give the take away order than to serve people in the restaurant. One of my worst valentine day where I spent 2 hours waiting for a bowl of vegetable Soup..
