        Overall

        I was trying to ship a broken keyboard back to the online store I got it from for RMA.



        I spent 15 minutes waiting in line, then another 15 minutes waiting for the cashier to box it up in the back. I have no idea why it takes so long to put a keyboard in a box and put tape on it. Then she finally comes back with a box that's freaking enormous, like that box contains at least 90% air, and that's a conservative estimate. Then she tells me the lowest possible price they offer is 15$, I bought the entire keyboard plus shipping for less than that. I told her to cancel it and just walked out.



        So in summary, slow, incompetent, and super expensive. Don't go here.
