Rp Lee Termite & Pest Control

Scheduled an appointment online and received an email confirming the service appointment request. At the time which I set aside to have this service done nobody arrived. I contacted RP Lee 2 hours after when the service was scheduled to be told that I am not scheduled for a service. The lady on the phone then tried to tell me that I should have received a separate email confirming my appointment or telling me to contact the office, and that it may be in my spam inbox. I did not receive any other emails or forms of communication from them. When I told her this she "can't explain what happened". When I told her I needed this taken care of today like I had scheduled she sat on the phone silently. If you mess up something you need to at least do your best to offer some sort of compensation or to rectify the situation. Your receptionist did nothing. This interaction I had today on the phone was abysmal. Very disappointed with this service and lack of communication.
