Worst service dept ever. Had an appointment, paid 100% of what we were quoted & got 1/2 what we asked for. We were supposed to get 2 remotes 1 key cut, however when I complained afterwards the service manager Bob offered no help or solutions just said sorry the parts were here when you scheduled but aren't today. So I pay the same labor and programming fees and only get 1 keyless remote. What a ripoff and an 8 hour drive to get ripped off and wait 2 hours for programming. I'd never recommend Penkhus Volvo to my worst enemy.

I went in to get an estimate for damage to a vehicle that had been stolen and then recovered. They kept my car for 1 1/2 weeks to give me an estimate, they charged me $99 to inspect the vehicle for damage during which they missed very obvious damage and now they don't bother returning my phone calls to revise the estimate. Beware of these thieves.
