I was on vacation and my alternator failed near this shop. Amazed at the cost, I priced it once I returned home. They charged THREE TIMES what it would normally cost anywhere else. Highway robbery! Beware!

We've gone to Catfish for several repairs on our little Suzuki. When we brought it to them with axle damage, they replaced the axle quickly and for a great price. When another part was damaged during the repair (no fault of theirs, it was kind of jimmy-rigged to begin with), they went ahead and replaced it for no charge. They have always gone above and beyond or expectations. The owner was honest (suggested several options for what work needed to be done), reliable (we knew what and when something was being worked on), and set on making sure that we were happy with the work. Best customer service I've gotten from a mechanic in a long time.
