        Japanese Connection is not only a Colorado Springs staple, it is the most honest auto repair in Colorado Springs. You NEVER have to feel like you might get stuck with unnecessary repairs or a high bill for stuff you can't even pronounce. Matt & Jesse are the Service Guys and they know cars...they always work in your budget and consult with any repairs you were not aware of. They never charge high markup prices on parts..I trust these guys with our truck and car. They make it easy peasy to get your auto repairs or scheduled maintenance...LOVE these folks...my auto repair place for life..no doubt!

        Honest and Fair

        After being ripped from Aspen Auto Clinic, I took my car to the guys at Japanese Connection. They found the problem quickly and fixed it. Matt is the Service Manager at this business. He is great. He knows his stuff and he treated me like I had good sense vs just being a woman. He took me and showed me exactly what was wrong. He gave me an estimate and they stuck to it. He recommended other things that would need to be done later and gave me prices for that work. My car is running great and I don't feel stupid for taking it to Japanese Connection. Being a woman and having auto repairs done is hard enough. Matt and the staff at this place made me feel like a Smart Woman for bringing my car to them. I feel empowered by the treatment I received here. They have a Customer Shuttle service, a great waiting area and the friendliest Customer Service anywhere I have been. I would recommend Japanese Connection to anyone who needs auto repairs done. Honest people and they truly care about every single customer and their needs.

        This is the most honest and fair auto repair in Colorado Springs. Great Work..Dependable and HONEST. Most important of all. They don't jerk you around, they fix your vehicle and don't try to pay their mortgage out of your pocket. American and Japanese Vehicles. Great folks. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
