Best car I've ever had.just bought a new kia sportage. I have never bought a new car before and I called in before I came in because I am from Denver and didn't want to drive down for nothing. I am so happy with the process a sales lady there names Cartier helped me get all my credit application done over the phone she got my trade in appraised and I knew what my payment would be before I even showed up. thanks for everything!

Be forewarned! Stay away from this "dealer". They will back out of a deal if they can not find ways to overcharge you when it is time to sign and drive. They also advertise more options on a car than what there is actually on it and try to overcharge you in the process. Calling them "crooks" would be to insult a lazy crook.

I have been doing business with Dave Solon Kia for years. After my husband had taken his car to an aftermarket repair shop and they told him he needed over $1000.00 of repairs we took to Dave Solon Kia and they did the same repair for less than half! I know we can trust them when they tell us how much it will be and how long it will take. It's wonderful to know there is still great customer service and people who truly care!!!

I purchased a vehicle from Dave Solon KIA, and the car started having mechanical issues as soon as I left the dealership. It took bringing the car back three times (at my own expense the first two times)before they fixed it. They provided the worst customer service I have ever seen, to the point that I am amazed that legitimate businesses actually treat paying customers the way they did. I would use extreme caution when dealing with this dealership, individuals working at the dealership actually flat out lied to my wife and me and then became disrespectful when confronted with the lies. I left six messages with the General Manager and it took seven days for him to return a call, once he did, he did not seemed concerned with the extremely poor treatment that my family received from Dave Solon KIA.
