Binswanger Glass

I was doing a bathroom project and did research on some local companies,because i am new to the area, Binswanger was one of those with many other locations. Upon the estimating process, the gentleman who came was very unfriendly and unprofessional. We decided to go ahead with them anyway due to competitive pricing. We have had leak after leak problems and the shower door does not work properly. They told me that there nothing else they could do. Why? I would not recommend to anyone.
