My name is JerriLynn and I bought a New Beetle convertable at VW in

Columbus Ga at Carl Gregory, I've had it a month and there is an issue with the window, a sales guy there named John has been going above and beyond for us to resolve the issue! He has been keeping me informed on repairs and even lending me a loaner car in process while I wait, and he isn't even the sales person who sold me the car! So if your in the market for a new vw of any kind see John! He is so understanding and great with customers satisfaction! I will defiantly buy from him next time when I trade up hope this helps others deside weather to go there, also I noticed they have new macanics so what ever those other ppls tech issues are perhaps with the new employes there won't be any of those issues with your purchase :) like I said John has tarted us like family and I have no complaints thus far with VW have a bless day all!

This dealer sold us a bug convertable as new. We later found it was previously owned. At a minimum, this is shady, if not illegal. The dealer was not open to rectifying the situation. We had to take it all the way to the central coorporation just to get the warranty extended to cover the time period originally promised. The car itself has lots of bells of whistles, which are nice. Unfortunately, things break easily. The car appears to have cheap parts that break easily, but the parts are expensive to replace. Toby Stephan

I was at the 49.00 dollar sale and one of the big guys incorporated with Carl gregory was marking the car down at the sale and one of the cars I looked at was not marked down and another person looked at the same car and the sale manager mark it down for that person. So, I address the issue and he told me to BEAT IT ! this was rude and disrepectful for him to say this out of his mouth .This is Columbus,Ga and the good ole boys. But there is a God, Amen
