Mr. Transmission

The service was fantastic! I love how Mike kept me up to date on everything with my Jeep & how the rebuild was done on time. Everything was exactly how he said it would be. Great experience overall & I will be using them again if I ever need to!

I called them when my car broke down at Sam's on a Sunday afternoon. I spoke with Mike and he had my car towed and called me on Monday to tell me what was wrong with it. After I told him to fix it I decided to look up the reviews on Mr. Transmission and found some negative reviews. I spoke with Mike concerning the reviews and he said that a lot of these reviews are being put on the internet by opposing businesses in the area to deter them from business. That makes sense because I had a very good experience with them and wanted to post my positive review. I am glad to give them a 5 star review !!!

The manager came out even right after they closed. He looked at my vehicle, showed me what was wrong with it and fixed what seemed like a big issue in 5 minutes. Could have charged me for some expensive part and I would have not even known. Honest and fair, all about doing right by people!

I tried to complete a simple repair on my own, and rain into difficultly. I went by the shop and they were extremely helpful. If I did have a need for transmission work I would defiantly go to these guys. Thank you!

Mr. Transmission has fixed my husband's transmission and has sent it back, fulfilling the warranty.

My Subaru was jerking and knocking so I took it to Mr. Transmission. Brandon, the redhead manager, hooked it up to a machine to tell me what was wrong with it. He said it needed a new knock sensor. I don't know the name of the guy in the shop, but he is a fantastic mechanic! He came out after he had tore down my car and said that the knocking was indeed from the knock sensor, but the jerking was because of the dogbone mount. He even explained what all the mechanic jargon meant. Super nice!It took a few days to get the parts in, and as soon as they got in my car was fixed and I was back on the road. I don't know about transmissions, but my car is running smooth now! And they only charged for the parts and an extremely reasonable labor: $574!!

I went to Mr. Transmission and they did a good job. I paid about what I expected and they were all professionals.

I was passing through the area and my transmission started having issues. Fortunately Mr. Transmission was close by. I was also fortunate that a temporary fix was possible so that I could get closer to home for the major work. They were great and very understanding. I appreciate all their help and I made it home safe! Thank you guys!
