Horrible experience. They tried to talk me into something on the lot rather than what I said I wanted. Then they found what I wanted at another dealership, they wouldn't go get it until I did all paperwork and paid deposit first. Came to pick it up a few days later, only it had the wrong color interior, stains inside and paint scratches outside, and over 200 miles on it. Told I was stuck with it now. Drove it and found mechanical issues. Returned it for service and still waiting. Told them I wanted to give it back and was yelled at in lobby by salesman. Out my money and have no vehicle.

I recently had an awesome experience with DeMontrond Dodge in Conroe. After having an awful experience with Planet Dodge in Humble, I contacted Neil at DeMontrond and told him exactly what I wanted and he made it happen. I got a great deal on my new Dodge Caliber and they gave a fair amount for my trade in. I did not get the run around and there was no haggling about anything. The whole process took maybe 2 hours and I left very happy and satisfied! I highly reccomend them to anyone shopping for a car, infact I have already sent a friend there to see them.
