I recently purchased tires for my wife's car and immediately noticed a roaring noise that was not there before the tires were installed. I took the car back and they acknowledged the noise was coming from the tires and said the only thing they could do for me since the tires were now used would be to refund 75% of the cost toward another set of tires. Definitely would never buy tires from these guys again!
