I have had the best car buying experience with 5 Starr Auto! The staff know you by name, treat you with respect and are willing to help you in anyway possible. My grandmother was in car sales for over 20 years and she is very impressed by the customer service offered from 5 Starr!! The salesman Mike is AWESOME!! I love the receptionist too! Bobby is very hands on in talking to his customers whenever they need anything. I recommend everyone in the market for a used car to go to 5 Starr Auto!

Worst experience ever not professional at all put a motor in the car didn't even tighten up all the bolts car wasn't even ready when they told us it will be ready and they knew we were on our way scared to let them do anything else even after they promised us a free oil change it's not even worth it

Dont ever in your life go to 5 star auto in conyers ga....i bought a car from the and in the first month my engine blew....took the car back for it to be fix and the charge me hundreds of unnecessary dollars....the manager bobby is a con artist....if you want or need a car dont ever go here

Crooked & dirty

I have had my car for 5 months and since I had it there was nothing but problems. Bad alternator they changed out three times. I almost had two accidents because the car turned off in the middle of the road. I changed insurance carriers from the one they used to another carrier, the insurance company they used faxed them that I cancelled, and they repossessed my car. That same day I proved to them I had insurance they made me come pick the car up. They lied about the cost of my title they charged me double of what the actual cost is. This place needs to be shut down, they are crooked and liars.

Do not buy a car from here this place is awful and should be shut down! Bobby will squeeze every penny he can out of you! My daughter has had nothing but problems and lied too about car being fixed when in fact was never! Process of talking with laser now to get her 2000.00 back or another car! Don't fall for the 6 months warranty crap!!!!!!!! This place needs to be shut down.
