Coral Springs Auto Mall

Do not buy or lease a car from Coral Springs Automall. They treat their customers like garbage. We were 3 time returning customers and when we had a problem with our lease, instead of solving it, they lied to us about the problem, the repair options, and put us in a Kia Optima Hybrid for WAY more money than we should be paying since they rolled over all the negative equity for fixing our old leased car. I just find out about the lies now, because they told us to come back after 6 months and they could get us into a different lease for less per month. That wasn't true either. Now, we are trapped in a lease we didn't want and for way more than we can afford. I tried to work this out with a manager, or even the president, but no one seems to want to return my calls, so I will be sure to warn all the other potential customers who might think about buying or leasing from them.

I have purchased 3 vehicles from here, i gotta say they have the best service..
