New Construction
This open-store remodeling program required planning and installation of new equipment including refrigeration, ovens, and shelving. ACS provided survey, planning, minimal architectural drawings (to secure Health and Trade permits), and construction. Our construction services included electrical, wall and floor finish trades, and equipment install. These integrated services allowed Peet’s to achieve their goals regarding earlier program delivery and improved cost control.
