Norton Heating & Air Conditioning

I HAD TO OPT TO GIVE A 1 STAR RATING BECAUSE THERE IS NO OPTION FOR A NEGATIVE STAR. This is the worst service I have ever received! They were scheduled to come out last week. When they didn't show up 2 hours later, I called them only to find out that their tech was running late. They were scheduled to come out again this Thursday at 9:00. Never showed up! I just called the owner and he said he's sick and if I wanted to "call someone else if you want to" then hung up on me! With the state of our economy and so many businesses closing, it's a wonder this establishment is still open! AND THEY BOAST ABOUT BEING A MEMBER OF THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!...THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU MUST HAVE CONSIDERABLY LOWERED THEIR STANDARDS!!!
