Ribs And Soul BBQ

My husband and I just picked up dinner here! It was great for the following reasons, the service was welcoming, warm and professional. The owner's mother in law came out greated us, explained the menu and offered us samples. I sampled the greens and my husband sampled the Mac and cheese. Both dishes were Great! We had a hard time deciding what to order. We agreed to share a large combo, tips and wings. We had a side of greens. The order was presented to us by the owner who encouraged us to let her know what needs improvement. After this experience ... Nothing!

The portions are generous , we have left overs. The food freshly prepared and delicious. The bbq sauce has just the right 'kick' to make you want more. the tips are meaty and perfectly smoked. The wings were fried, with a delicate crunch. And the fries...addictive. We entertain a lot and I usually do the cooking, we've decided to have Ribs and soul cater our next event.

I hope more of you from the south suburbs venture to this location and get them the attention they deserve . This should be highlighted by Guy Fieri, Triple D!
