I work in a customer service heavy industry (Insurance Agent), and I am very sensitive to bad customer service. My recent experience could have not been any better. The staff was friendly and informative. The issue was fixed quickly, and some suggestions were given as to things that might need done soon. There was no hard sell, just good service and good advice. I was referred by a friend who is a buisness owner that has his entire fleet serviced there, and I will be a customer from now on. An absolutely pleasant experience all around.
