        Good until the guy accidentally broke the front rubber piece under the bumper, he said he could put it back on and trusting his words he calls and tell his job of course that the problem came when I had to pay 10 extra dollars REALLY 10 whole extra dollars? I just wanted him to man up and explain to them that he pull that piece off pulling it up on the flatbed. Then when I call the manager of course she is going to take her worker side because that's a business and they don't want to pay to fix any that was cause through them. Yeah I'm just saying.......

        ripped my bumper cover off my car

        These guys towed my car from Newborn Ga awhile back. First they ripped my bumper cover off my car the proceeded to cuss me out for it. I have never seen such a thing in my life. They told me it was my fault for them ripping my bumper cover off. DON'T USE OUTLAW TOWING!

        Leaves old people on the side of the road

        Outlaw towing was dispatched to me on a Cross Country call. I am 65 years old and was on my way home from the hospital from having heart surgery. They showed up with three people in the truck and told me and my wife we would have to stand on the side of the interstate in 92 degree weather till our ride arrived. This is very poor customer relations. I wouldn't let them tow my grandson's little red wagon.
