Les Schwab Tires

Every time I have needed alignment, tires and etcetera from Les Schwab both in Covington and in Kent I have been dealt with in a friendly but very professional manner. I have always been served within 5 minutes, issues have been explained in detail and the service performed rapidly and properly. The customer and maintenance areas are neat and clean and in every respect, this is an excellent company with very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous staff. We found ourselves in the unfortunate position of having to buy new tires. I went to Les Schwab, because I have been there before. We have bought chains there (and returned them at the end of the season unused to get a refund). We have had flat tires repaired there. So now we decided to buy tires there. The person I worked with took down the information about the current tires I had and told me about the three options I had. The ones I chose were not in stock, but Les Schwab was able to get them in stock the next day and within an hour and a half of dropping my car off, my new tires were on and I was out the door. And everyone there was so polite, friendly and helpful.
