Extreme Care Appliance Repair

Jay quoted me $1400 for repair to my sub zero. I thought price was okay. Gave him $750 deposit. I started calling around immediately and got prices quoted half of what he said. I called him immediately (within hour of leaving my house) and said cancel job and not cash check. He said he would NOT cash check. Several weeks later, he cashed check and says it was mistake. Promises to refund me the money. After several phone calls over the last month and a half, I am still waiting for my refund. He has had nothing but excuses for refunding me my money!!!!
