I got into a bad accident and turned to Ideal Auto Body for help and trusted them with my car. I talked to Ida to get everything set up and she helped me with every aspect of my needs. My insurance company set me up with Enterprise rental car in cranston and it wound up real bad real fast. I explained what had happened to Ida and she got me into a rental and had the car at their shop and made my situation with a rental from bad to grate. They took care of my claim so I didn't need to deal with it and got my car back to me pretty quick especially with all the damage that was on it. When I got into the accident I figured I would never drive my car again and lost faith in it but they assured me it would be good as new and actually it looked better than new and I was surprised to see all NEW parts when i expected junk yard parts. I will never trust anyone else with my cars ever. I actually referred someone else to them and when they got there car back it was like mine it was in showroom condition and they paid 1/2 the price others wanted. They are simply grate people who actually care about their customers and their customers cars like it was their own car. Trust no one but Ideal Auto body with your car. They will give you 110 % on all of your needs as well.
