Never Ending Tails

I called for a last minute appointment and they said to come on in. They did a great job with my little Jack-a-poo, "Rascal". They were nice and gave him a very handsome cut. I will certainly go back the next time he needs clipping.

Have been many places where the groomers didn't really like dogs. Folks at Never Ending Tails actually seem to like dogs, so good experience all around. Have been multiple times in 2008 and 2009 and alway satisfied. Have large 100 pound Lab. Almost hate to post the response, rest of y'all need to stay away so they don't get too busy.

I have been using this business for over two years for my two standard poodles and I could not ask for better service and quality! Standard poodles, who weigh about 70 pounds each, are big dogs to groom. Both my dogs love this place and their groomer Ellen. She and her husband run theis Mom-and-Pop business and do a fine job. I highly recommend them.

This was an awful experience, and I will never use this business again! Short version...took my 5 mo. old min. schnauzer in for a grooming at 9 a.m., and was told he would be ready at 2:00. I tried to pick him up at 3:15, but was told he was not ready. At first, the lady at the counter seemed to have no clue that she had my dog (btw...this is not a large business). The actual groomer came to the counter, and both look sort of dumbfounded. She said that I should have waited for them to call me. Of course, they did not tell me that when I dropped him off. Then she proceeded to tell me that they had been extremely busy that day, and that I dropped him off late in the day. I told her that I had dropped him off at 9:00 that morning, and furthermore, I had made the appt. two days earlier?!?! They were still dumbfounded, unfriendly, and unapologetic. He was finally ready at 5:00...EIGHT hours later ( and no, they did not call)! I don't know what they did to my puppy, but for the last week, he has not been the same. Periodically when I walk up to him, he cowers down as if I am going to hurt him. He doesn't seem the happy puppy that I dropped off. Was it because he had never been groomed before? Nope. He had been to PetSmart several times with no problems. Was it because I left him so long? Nope. He had been boarded for several days earlier in the month with no problems whatsoever. I am not one to bash a business w/out reason. Please don't make the same mistake I did.
