Ross Dress for Less

This store is dirty, unorganized and they have an unbelievably rude and slow staff. They have no sense of urgency and do not practice giving good customer service. When I called to speak with a manager after waiting in line to check out for 20 minutes and finally giving up and leaving....she just kept trying to make excuses. UNBELIEVABLE!! I will NEVER shop at Ross in cumming EVER again. I hope they close that store down!

store is always dirty at the Cumming location.staff is always rude and unfriendly.lots of broken stuff on shelves. But if you don't mind shuffling through the the mess you can find great prices and save cash.just don't expect a friendly conversation and a smile or any customer service.

I have always shopped at Ross! I love theyre selections and theyre prices! The last few times I was there I was shopping right when they were about to close. I already had my cart filled with great finds and was heading to the front to check out. On my way there I over hear two workers complaining that they were ready to get the **** out of here. Now I can understand where they are coming from working all day and its 5mins to close I would be ready to, but to talk loudly like that were customers can hear! Seriously? And thats not the icing on the cake! So im walking to the front and a pair of shoes catch my eyes to I stop and look at them. Now I have 5mins left until they close and this older woman, brown hair skinny rudly told me that they were closed and that I needed to head to the checkouts. I told her I am aware you are closing in 5mins in a rude tone back and I will head to the check out when I am ready. This was the second time she has done that, the first time i ignored the her. I was watching her and she continued to do that to the other customers in the store. I am thinking about going back there in the next few days and if she does that again I promise I am going to the manager! She needs to have her head pulled out of her you know what!
